# Virtualization Technology Reading

Let's break down **virtual machines** and **virtualization** with a fun and ADHD-friendly analogy! 🚀

Imagine you’re in a giant house 🏠 (the physical computer), but there are **virtual rooms** that don’t actually exist—they’re just created with code. These rooms are like **virtual machines**!

* **Virtualization**: The process of using software to create these virtual rooms. Think of it as magic walls separating these virtual rooms so they can act independently! 🔮

Your physical computer (the house) has resources, like **RAM** (memory) and CPU (processing power). The **host computer** (main house) can split these resources and give some to each VM (virtual room). 🎯

Example:

* 🧠 If you have 16GB of RAM, you can divide it between your virtual rooms! Three VMs might each get 4GB of RAM to use, and each VM has its own **operating system**—just like each room can have different setups.
